Refund policy

Order cancellations

If you placed your order and would like to cancel, please contact our support at within 12 hours and let us know that you wish to cancel.

We will do our very best to cancel and refund your account but please note, if your parcel had been dispatched from our warehouses, then we cannot retrieve the order for cancellation. We will check if this is the case when we receive your cancellation request, and we will inform you via email. You will still be eligible for a return after you have received the goods. If we can cancel, your order will be refunded and you will receive your money in the following 3-5 business days. Please note, some payment methods/financial institutions can take longer to process a refund. If you are concerned, contact customer support and we will send you proof of refund from our store.

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

All merchandise returned to MANWAY must be in the original packaging with all original items accompanying the merchandise. If the originally packaging is not available, pack your item securely using a replacement box and proper packaging to ensure the device is well protected. The return address will vary based on the product, and will be confirmed by MANWAY at the time of request.  

To initiate the return process, we kindly request that you provide a receipt or proof of purchase via email to Once this is completed, we will confirm the return address and timeline by email. The return address will be the same as the original shipping location. If we do not receive the return items within the timeline, then the request will be cancelled automatically. MANWAY will not be accountable and will take no responsibility for returns that are lost in transit or sent to wrong address. We can only accept return items sent to the correct address which is specified and confirmed by MANWAY via email at the time of return request.

Purchases of digital products (including but not limited to e-book, e-documents, original media, and so on), once transferred from MANWAY to customer, are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Within 14 days of delivery, if you suspect your item is faulty or there is a manufacturer defect, please provide sufficient evidence for these defects and proof that all troubleshooting steps had been taken properly. If the defect can be determined and confirmed with sufficient evidence, then you will be eligible for a refund or replacement product. After 14 days of delivery, due to various factors outside of MANWAY control, non-functioning products can no longer be attributable to manufacturer defects.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In case of returning your items, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.

In case of exchange products, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on your location.
